Job Description
AI Institute Kottakkal is seeking a passionate and qualified B.Arch Faculty to train and mentor students in Interior and Exterior Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural knowledge, practical design skills, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Interior and Exterior Design concepts to students.
- Deliver practical training using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Coohom is an advantage.
- Guide students in design projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural and design trends.
- Do cooperate to institute growth and should have a mind to engage for other than teaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching or industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
