Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, communicating with customers, and closing deals using a consultative sales approach. This role involves both new customer acquisition and handling existing leads.
Please Note: This is a work-from-office role in Ahmedabad. Candidates must be comfortable working early morning international shift timings and handling customer conversations regularly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound communication and lead generation activities.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Convert leads into successful sales through consistent follow-ups and effective closing techniques.
2. Customer Communication
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers through voice-based interactions.
- Explain solar products and solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.
3. Consultative Selling
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct structured sales conversations and presentations.
- Guide customers through the complete buying process.
- Manage negotiations effectively, including interactions with senior-level executives when required.
- Close deals professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support retention and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Confidence in speaking and interacting with customers.
- Interest in sales and target-based work environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable working in an international voice-based sales environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Ahmedabad during early morning shifts.
