Senior Architect – Design, Revit & Client Coordination

About the Role
Inches N Feet is looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
This is a managerial-level position for an Architect who is confident in architectural design, hands-on Revit, client communication, multidisciplinary coordination, and team leadership.
You will work on international residential projects and have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while working closely with clients, architects, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development and documentation.
- Develop and review architectural models and drawings in Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare construction documents, design development drawings, sheets, and presentations.
- Create and edit Revit families.
- Work with Revit schedules, filters, visibility settings, and design options.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
- Lead and coordinate a team of at least 4 members.
- Review work produced by team members and maintain project quality.
- Participate in and handle client meetings and design discussions.
- Understand client requirements and manage design feedback.
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple client projects.
- Support and guide junior architects.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are maintained.
Requirements
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree – mandatory.
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – mandatory.
- Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Strong architectural design portfolio.
- Previous experience interacting with clients and attending client meetings.
- Experience coordinating a team of 4+ members.
- Experience working with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience with U.S.-based or international residential projects.
- Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards.
- Previous experience as a Senior Architect, Project Architect, or Lead Architect.
- Experience with BIM-based project workflows.

Candidates from Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, Diploma, BIM-only, or other non-Architecture backgrounds are not eligible.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
