- Coordinating with the teachers, setting up time schedules, ensuring the quality of lesson plans being made, efficacy and in-class implementation of the said lesson plans.
- Reach each child to teach each child, is an underlying principle of the school's culture. Since all students are Boarding students, we need to focus on each child.
- Coordinate and get activities conducted.
- Core discipline in the students' lives along with civic sense needs to be inculcated in each child.
