We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of SEO to lead our organic growth strategy and take our digital presence to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on expert, capable of leading high-impact initiatives while also diving deep into execution.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end SEO strategy, leading a talented team, and collaborating across departments to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEO team
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
Technical SEO Excellence
- Own and optimize all aspects of technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement SEO best practices
- Conduct technical audits and ensure timely resolution of issues
On-Page & Content Optimization
- Drive on-page SEO strategies including keyword optimization, internal linking, and content structure
- Partner with content and marketing teams to build high-performing content strategies
- Ensure content aligns with user intent and search demand
Off-Page & Authority Building
- Lead link-building and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority
- Build strong relationships for high-quality backlinks and partnerships
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Translate data into actionable insights and continuously optimize performance
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
