Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of daily operations, schedules, communications, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, MOMs, and follow-ups.
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a PA, EA, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Experience in consulting, education, service, or corporate sectors preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,764.87 per month
