- Assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of biomedical equipment. • Perform routine testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of medical devices. • Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues or malfunctions. • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation. • Support biomedical engineers during equipment repairs and servicing. • Ensure medical equipment complies with safety and quality standards. • Assist healthcare professionals in the proper operation of biomedical equipment. • Manage inventory of medical devices, spare parts, and maintenance tools. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance. • Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines. • Provide technical and administrative support to the biomedical engineering team. • Ensure timely maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
