Job Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.
- Attend to electrical complaints from guest rooms, restaurants, offices, and public areas.
- Check and maintain electrical panels, DBs, MCBs, ELCBs, and distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore services promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Check proper earthing and follow electrical safety standards.
- Assist with generator, UPS, and other electrical maintenance.
- Respond quickly to emergency electrical breakdowns.
Plumbing Maintenance
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
- Attend to plumbing complaints in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, restaurants, and public areas.
- Repair leaking taps, showers, toilets, pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Identify and rectify water leakages and blockages.
- Check and maintain water pumps, tanks, valves, and hot/cold water systems.
- Attend to emergency plumbing breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems.
Painting & Civil Maintenance
- Carry out painting and touch-up work in guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, offices, and public areas.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling cracks, and applying putty.
- Apply primer, emulsion, enamel, and other paints as required.
- Perform regular touch-up and repainting work.
- Match paint colours according to resort standards.
- Repair minor cracks, peeling paint, and surface damages.
- Maintain proper finishing and quality of painting work.
- Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, and other items during painting work.
General Maintenance Duties
- Attend to daily maintenance complaints and complete assigned work on time.
- Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance work, and materials used.
- Properly maintain and store tools, equipment, paints, plumbing materials, and electrical spares.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and resort maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team and other departments.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requirements whenever necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Mana
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
