Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director while managing administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, follow-ups, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and track action items.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on pending tasks and commitments.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Travel & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation and logistics are arranged in advance.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain records, files, and important documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Support HR and operational activities as required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
