Intern's Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various internship, trainee, executive, and senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Assist in offer letter, internship letter, and onboarding documentation processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, training institutes, and external hiring partners.
- Support employee referral programs and candidate engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper documentation of candidate records and recruitment activities.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Support HR and recruitment-related operational activities whenever required.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
