- Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Work Mode: Work from Office Only
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Australian clients via calls and emails.
- Conduct product demonstrations of Australian accounting software.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist clients in understanding software features and functionality.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Client Coordination or International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience dealing with International clients is preferred.
- Education Preferred: M.Com, Inter CA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
