Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Account Executive to help us grow our market presence. As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformative journey, managing and growing key accounts. You will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts. Leveraging your exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, you will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management: Account executives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients. They act as the main point of contact and build trust by understanding client needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales and business development: Account executives perform a crucial role in advancing sales and business growth. They identify potential clients, generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Account management: Once a client connects to a company its account executives are responsible for managing the client's account. This involves regular communication, understanding their evolving needs and providing solutions to meet them, often by collaborating with internal teams.
- Strategic planning: Account executives develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals. They analyse market trends, identify competitive opportunities and formulate strategies to maximise sales, and business growth.
- Reporting and analytics: Account executives track and analyse sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management team members. They monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimise sales strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Account executives collaborate with various internal teams, such as marketing, product development and customer support. They provide input on product enhancements, coordinate marketing campaigns and address customer concerns or issues.
- Industry knowledge and networking: Account executives stay updated with industry trends, competitors and market dynamics. They attend industry events and conferences and build a strong professional network to expand business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
– Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
– Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
– Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
– Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
– Unparalleled organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
