Job Description – Technical Trainer (JAVA DSA / MERN / MEAN / Linux)
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and passionate Technical Trainers to deliver high-impact training programs for students and working professionals. The trainer should be hands-on, industry-oriented, and comfortable engaging learners in both academic and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, practical, and interactive training sessions
- Explain complex concepts with real-world use cases
- Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, and assessments
- Support learners with doubt-clearing and mentoring
- Align training delivery with industry standards and job readiness
Skill Requirements (Any One Track)JAVA DSA Trainer
- Strong command over Core Java, OOPS, Collections
- In-depth knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience with problem-solving and coding platforms
- Ability to train for interviews and placements
MERN Trainer
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- REST APIs, authentication, project architecture
- Experience building and deploying full-stack applications
MEAN Trainer
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js
- Frontend-backend integration and MVC concepts
- Practical project-based training experience
Linux Trainer
- Strong understanding of Linux OS, Shell Scripting
- User management, file systems, permissions, networking basics
- System administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience & Eligibility
- 2+ years of relevant training or industry experience
- Prior experience in college, corporate, or bootcamp training preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage learners with different skill levels
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
