The Executive Assistant (EA) will manage the executive's calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure an efficient schedule that maximizes the time of the executive. This includes preparing for meetings by gathering materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
The EA will also handle all correspondence, both internal and external, and manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for the executive.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive's time by screening calls, emails, and visitors.

Develop and maintain organized filing systems and ensure the office runs smoothly.
