Job Title: Nurse In-Charge
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse In-Charge to lead and supervise nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage ward activities, and coordinate with consultants and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and patient care activities.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign patient responsibilities.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with nursing protocols, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
- Maintain ward inventory, emergency drugs, and equipment.
- Coordinate with doctors during rounds and ensure timely execution of treatment plans.
- Train and orient newly joined nursing staff.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM./ANM
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital protocols preferred.
