Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in retail and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials that accurately represent design concepts while adhering to project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for retail, commercial, and residential interior projects.
- Prepare interior perspectives, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
- Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and accessories to enhance presentation quality.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Teams to understand project requirements.
- Revise renders based on client and management feedback.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and libraries of materials, furniture, and textures.
- Deliver visualizations within project deadlines.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, rendering techniques, and visualization software.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, colors, materials, and lighting.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to create realistic renders and animations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design Visualization.
- Experience in Retail Interior projects will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior rendering and visualization work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail showroom, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Knowledge of furniture detailing and interior materials.
- Ability to understand construction drawings and design intent.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
