About the Role:
An opportunity for minimum 1 years experienced and motivated field HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle field recruitment of the candidates for the job openings as per the jd
- Handle login and logout of the joined employees.
- Take replacement of employees if anyone leaves the company
- Visit job fairs and colleges for hiring
- Send attendance report on daily basis
- Provide id card and collect all documents from the joined employees
- Provide salary slip to the employees
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates
- Achieve recruitment targets, employee joining and earn performance-based incentives
Qualifications:
- Any qualification with required experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hassan, Karnataka
