Salary
- ₹12,000 per month onwards for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Up to ₹24,000 per month based on experience, performance, and industry knowledge
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop sales in assigned territories.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of paints, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Paints, Building Materials, FMCG, Construction Products, or Institutional Sales is desirable.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler.
