We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The Site Supervisor will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules and drawings.
- Manage and direct laborers, contractors, and subcontractors on site.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and building codes.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site issues and communicate concerns to project managers.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers when required.
