- The candidate will act as a key contributor and/or Product Owner, responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and supporting delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Develop strong domain expertise in automotive systems (Body, Vehicle Access, Seating, Lighting)
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into system-level requirements
- Perform subsystem and feature analysis, including requirement decomposition
- Manage interfaces across subsystems to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain system requirements, boundary diagrams, and capability definitions
- Support system architecture definition and validation activities
- Use MBSE tools (e.g., MagicDraw) for system modeling and documentation
- Work in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, integration)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
- Strong knowledge of System Engineering principles
- Experience in automotive domain (preferably Body systems: Climate, Lighting, Wiper, Washer, Mirrors)
- Hands-on experience in:
- System requirements development
- Boundary diagrams
- Capability definitions
- Experience with MagicDraw or similar MBSE tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with OEMs (preferably Ford)
- Exposure to system integration and validation processes
- Understanding of end-to-end vehicle systems and architecture
