Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and key features.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify interested leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or lead management system.
- Answer customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate and nurture new leads through cold calling and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Update call status, customer feedback, and follow-up dates after every interaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase conversion rates.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.
- Submit daily reports on calls made, follow-ups completed, site visits scheduled, and lead status.
