Design Development
- Develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Prepare space planning, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.
- Develop design alternatives based on client requirements and project budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors.
Technical Design
- Prepare complete interior working drawings and Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Prepare: Furniture Layouts, Ceiling Layouts, Flooring Layouts, Electrical & Lighting Layouts, Joinery Details, Interior Elevations, Sections, Material Specifications
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate and practical for execution.
Design Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams during the design stage.
- Clarify design intent and resolve technical queries from site teams.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups where required.
- Participate in design reviews and internal coordination meetings.
Material & Product Selection
- Research and specify interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and design trends.
Site Coordination
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure execution aligns with the approved design.
- Provide design clarifications during construction.
- Suggest practical design solutions when site conditions require modifications while preserving the overall design intent.
Pay: ₹16,025.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
