Summary
Would be primarily responsible for Financial Reporting for an IPO bound company. Would run the Accounts and audit function interpedently
Complexity of handling multiple company environment is the critical most requirement
Description
- Financial reporting in a multiple-entity environment whereby the consolidation is the key requirement.
o Consolidation of Multiple divisions in the same legal entity &
o Consolidation of Multiple subsidiaries – India and abroad
- Would also be responsible for Accounts operations in a centralised organisation structure – AP, AR, Treasury etc.
- Should have strong knowledge of the following:
o IND AS
o Strong knowledge of Processes and IFC controls
o ERP workflows – tech savvy and lead automations to improve efficiency
o Hands-on Excel knowledge – preferably advanced Excel
o Should know how to see the numbers – strategic approach
o Analytical and identify opportunities for cost savings
o Team handling
- Either of two is also essential – IPO experience or Handling Financial reporting in a Listed company environment
Qualification
- CA mandatory
Experience
- 10 yrs (3 yrs at least as Head of Financial Reporting)
- Preferably with a background of Big 4 firm
- Preferably – Experience in an IPO assignment or Listed company environment
