Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns, Google campaigns, the company website, referrals, and other marketing channels. The role involves engaging with schools, educators, parents, and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, scheduling product demonstrations, and driving sales for CognoSpace Experiential Learning Labs and Practiko STEM Kits.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns, Google campaigns, company website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
Customer Engagement
- Connect with school management, educators, parents, and other stakeholders through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from CognoSpace Experiential Learning Labs and Practiko STEM Kits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and address their queries effectively.
Product Demonstrations & Sales Conversion
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- Follow up consistently and work towards converting leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, demo, and revenue targets.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and ensure timely updates for all prospects.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team for school visits, demonstrations, and closure support when required.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, STEM, SaaS, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
