Job Responsibilities
1.Monitor and control building systems including HVAC, Lighting, security and fire safety
2. Ensure optimal building performance efficiency and comfort
3. Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and alarms
4. Perform routine maintenance and repairs
5. Generate reports
6. Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts.
Requirement
1 . B.E. Electrical /Diploma in Electrical engineering
2. 2 yrs of experience in maintenance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
