Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Artarium kiosk.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Attend to customers, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain stock, inventory records, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the kiosk.
- Handle billing, cash collection, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the corporate team for stock updates, promotions, and operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, discipline, and mall operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1–4 years of retail/store management experience.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury retail, home décor, gifting, lifestyle, or premium consumer products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
