Education required:
B.Sc Nursing/GNM Valid KNMC Registration
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Performing various Urology related procedures
- Billing of procedures
- Room booking and patient counseling
- Arranging OT for surgeries
- Arranging all articles for OP and Procedure Room
- Managing urology carts during surgery
- Patient shifting and patient shift out
- Dealing emergency Urology cases in ER and Wards
- Preparation of patients for day-care procedures and Surgical procedures
- Admission and discharge handing over
- OT list preparation and informing the concerned medical teams in advance
- Patient positioning during Surgeries
- IP patient assessment prior to Doctor’s rounds
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Prepare patients for medical examinations or procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Department, including sterilizing instruments and cleaning patient areas
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use
- Document patient information and report any changes in patient conditions to concerned Staff.
- Strictly adhere to the regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data security.
Fresher candidates are preferred.
