An HR Executive in the automotive industry manages the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance—specifically tailored to high-volume manufacturing or dealership environments. They focus on sourcing technical talent (CAD technicians, engineers), maintaining safety standards, boosting productivity, and handling labor relations in fast-paced operational settings.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (e.g., engineers, technicians, sales staff) via job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitating new joiner formalities, document collection, and conducting orientation programs to align employees with company culture.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Handling employee attendance, leave, shifts, and resolving salary discrepancies.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT) and coordinating with auditors.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Organizing engagement activities, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment to support production/sales goals.
- Performance Management: Assisting with appraisals, Goal-Setting Reviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Exit Management: Managing resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
