Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Python Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, with extensive knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Python Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to individuals and groups, helping them to develop the skills needed to excel in the field of full stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Python programming, full stack development, and related technologies. This includes creating lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on exercises.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course content to ensure it aligns with industry standards and best practices. Tailor training materials to meet the needs of diverse learner groups, from beginners to advanced students.
- Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners, addressing their questions and challenges as they progress through the training program.
- Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessments to evaluate learner progress and understanding. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of Python development and full stack programming. Integrate new techniques and methodologies into training programs as appropriate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and industry experts to enhance the training curriculum and ensure its relevance.
- Technical Support: Assist learners with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to course exercises and projects.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
