We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support planning, design, execution, and supervision of construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will assist senior engineers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and execution of civil construction work
- Support planning and scheduling of project activities
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Monitor daily site progress and report to senior engineers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Assist in quantity estimation and material reconciliation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Help in resolving on-site technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Freshers with strong academic background can apply
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / MS Office
- Understanding of drawings and layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work on-site
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of estimation and billing
- Exposure to residential/commercial projects
- Basic understanding of project management tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
