Role Overview
The Operations Head will oversee and optimize day-to-day warehouse, logistics, and supply chain activities across the Gurgaon and Palwal facilities to ensure maximum efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Management: Oversee daily operations, standardize SOPs, and manage performance across both the Gurgaon and Palwal hubs.
- Logistics & Distribution: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of auto parts/tires to dealers while minimizing transportation costs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, optimize warehouse space, and lead regular physical audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors, logistics executives, and ground staff.
- Reporting: Track operational budgets and present weekly efficiency reports to senior management.
