Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Management Intern who can manage and grow Rehabiphy's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who understands content, audience engagement, social media trends, and organic growth strategies.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage daily activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Maintain content calendars.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Write engaging captions and post descriptions.
- Create basic graphics using Canva.
- Edit reels, shorts, and video snippets.
- Optimize hashtags, keywords, and post timing.
Organic Growth
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and watch time organically.
- Research trending healthcare, fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation topics.
- Identify viral content opportunities.
- Implement audience growth strategies without paid ads.
Community Management
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Engage with relevant communities and industry pages.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and potential customers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track weekly performance metrics.
- Analyze content performance.
- Suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Strong written English and Hindi communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Interest in healthcare, physiotherapy, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
