About the Role:
Himani Techno Consultants Pvt Ltd. is an industrial contracting and operations company engaged in the operation and management of ferro-alloy, silico-alloy and chemical manufacturing plants on behalf of plant owners.
We are looking for a motivated B.Tech/B.E. + MBA graduate to join our team as a Junior Operations Executive. This is a growth-oriented role for someone looking to develop a career in industrial operations, project coordination and site management.
The selected candidate will initially work closely with management on tendering, site coordination, operational reporting and compliance-related activities. With experience, the individual will progressively take responsibility for coordinating and monitoring multiple operating sites through Site In-charges across India.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical or another relevant core engineering discipline.
- MBA is mandatory.
- MBA in Operations / Operations Management will be preferred.
Experience
0–2 years
Fresh graduates with the required educational qualifications and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Prior exposure to industrial operations, manufacturing plants, tendering, procurement, project coordination or site work will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations & Coordination
- Travel regularly to project sites across India.
- Visit and understand the operations of ferro-alloy, silico-alloy and chemical manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate with Site In-charges and site teams.
- Monitor operational activities, progress and key issues at project sites.
- Identify operational gaps and escalate important issues to management.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and standard processes.
Tendering & Business Support
- Identify and review relevant tenders and contract opportunities.
- Analyse tender requirements, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial and operational information required for tender submissions.
Reporting & Management Coordination
- Establish and maintain regular reporting from operating sites.
- Consolidate site reports and provide clear updates to management.
- Follow up with Site In-charges on pending actions and operational issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations and analysis for management review.
- Support management in decision-making and problem-solving.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist with statutory filings and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain operational, contractual and site-related records.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for required documentation and information.
Long-Term Responsibilities
As the candidate develops within the organisation, the role will progressively involve:
- Coordinating and monitoring multiple operating sites.
- Working closely with Site In-charges to ensure smooth operations.
- Reviewing site performance and reporting key issues to management.
- Supporting manpower and operational coordination across sites.
- Taking increasing ownership of site performance and operational processes.
