Role : Supervisor – Core Shop
Qualification: DME / BE or equivalent
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in an iron casting foundry
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Core Shop operations and manpower.
- Ensure timely production of quality cores as per production requirements.
- Monitor core-making processes, machines, materials, and productivity.
- Ensure cores meet required quality and dimensional specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and report daily performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
- Identify process issues and take corrective actions to minimize rejection and wastage.
- Train and guide operators and shop-floor workers.
Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of core-making processes in iron casting foundries.
- Strong manpower handling and shop-floor supervision skills.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and production practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹276,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
