Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain daily call records and reports
- Achieve monthly sales/target goals
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling experience preferred (Fresher can apply)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
