Role Overview
The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing apparel collections that align with StudioDeny's creative vision and brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of streetwear trends, garment construction, graphics, fabrics, and fit development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research streetwear, fashion, art, music, and cultural trends.
- Develop seasonal and capsule collection concepts.
- Create apparel designs, graphics, and mood boards.
- Prepare detailed tech packs and design specifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors during sampling and production.
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and garment finishes.
- Conduct fit reviews and make necessary design improvements.
- Ensure all designs align with StudioDeny's brand identity and quality standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams during product launches.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, lookbooks, and brand storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of streetwear and contemporary fashion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
- Ability to create technical sketches and tech packs.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with streetwear or youth-focused brands.
- Understanding of graphic apparel and print development.
- Knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing processes.
- Passion for street culture, music, art, and community-driven fashion.
Scope of Work
The Fashion Designer will lead the creative development of StudioDeny's apparel collections, ensuring every product reflects the brand's vision, culture, quality standards, and commitment to pushing streetwear forward.
Intellectual Property Clause
All designs, concepts, graphics, artwork, patterns, tech packs, product developments, and creative materials created during the engagement with StudioDeny shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of StudioDeny and may not be reproduced, shared, or used elsewhere without prior written permission from the company.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
