Position: Tele Caller – Lead Conversion
Organization: Young Entrepreneur School (YES)
Role Summary
The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling and converting leads generated through YES social media campaigns. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to entrepreneurs, explaining YES membership benefits, and persuading them to join YES as members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Tele Calling
- Handle leads generated from social media campaigns
- Make up to 50 outbound calls per day
- Speak with entrepreneurs and business owners professionally
- Clearly explain YES membership benefits, activities, and value proposition
- Convince prospects to join YES as members
- Conduct structured follow-ups with interested leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Update lead tracker on a daily basis
- Maintain follow-up schedules and conversion updates
- Share daily progress reports with the reporting manager
Required Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Strong spoken communication skills (English mandatory)
- Confidence in tele calling / sales conversations
- Ability to persuade and handle objections
- Comfortable making high-volume calls (up to 50 per day)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking
- Professional and polite phone etiquette
Preferred Skills
- Experience in tele calling / inside sales / lead conversion
- Exposure to membership-based or business networking organizations
- Sales-oriented and follow-up driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
