Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, material management, contractor coordination, and ensuring project completion within the specified timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
- Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project records.
- Coordinate approvals and statutory clearances when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction projects, industrial projects, substations, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools.
- Strong understanding of RCC, structural works, earthwork, and finishing activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
