Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AS400 / IBM i Infrastructure & DR Failover Engineer with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AS400 administration, disaster recovery planning, failover/failback automation, and high-availability infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support AS400 / IBM i infrastructure.
- Design and implement failover and failback strategies.
- Execute DR drills and ensure DR environment readiness.
- Automate failover/failback processes to improve recovery times.
- Monitor system availability, replication health, and performance.
- Maintain DR runbooks, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
