Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare residential house plans, floor plans, elevations, and layout designs.
· Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
· Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD (3D knowledge is an added advantage).
· Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates based on project scope.
· Create professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for client meetings.
· Modify drawings and quotations based on client feedback.
· Ensure designs comply with building regulations.
· Coordinate with execution team for smooth project handover.
Requirements:
· B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Passionate and design-oriented candidates with a strong interest in residential planning and architectural designing are encouraged to apply.
· 1–3 years of experience in residential house planning.
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (SketchUp / 3D tools preferred).
· Experience in preparing project quotations and cost estimation.
· Good PPT preparation and presentation skills.
· Ability to take accurate site measurements.
· Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Candidate:
· Experience in independent house planning.
· Knowledge of approval drawings (CMDA/DTCP – added advantage).
· Strong client handling and presentation skills.
