LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Logistics Executive
Department: Logistics / Supply Chain
Reporting To: Logistics Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and vehicles.
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites, warehouses, and customers.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to management.
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, vehicle movements, and transportation expenses.
- Verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.
- Resolve transportation delays, delivery issues, and logistics-related complaints.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure material safety during transit.
- Maintain inventory movement records and support warehouse operations when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations).
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch procedures, e-way bills, and transportation documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
