Role Overview
We're looking for an Email Outreach Specialist to own and run our cold email lead generation engine. This role is focused on building, executing, and optimizing multi-step email sequences that turn cold prospects in the IT services / SAP / digital transformation space into qualified sales conversations. You'll work closely with sales to define ideal customer profiles, then design the campaigns, copy, and follow-up cadences that get replies and book meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and build multi-touch email outreach sequences (5–8+ touches) targeted at IT decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Digital, Procurement) across target industries.
- Write and test cold email copy: subject lines, opening lines, value propositions, and CTAs tailored to IT services offerings (SAP, AI, systems integration, digital transformation).
- Build and segment prospect lists using firmographic and intent data; identify target accounts and personas in coordination with sales.
- Manage email deliverability: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, inbox rotation, sending limits, and spam-rate monitoring to protect sender reputation.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging angles, and send times; report on open, reply, and meeting-booked rates.
- Personalize outreach at scale using prospect/company-level triggers (news, hiring signals, tech stack, funding) rather than generic templates.
- Manage outreach tools and CRM hygiene — keep sequences, replies, and lead statuses current and synced.
- Hand off qualified replies to sales with context, and track conversion from email touch to booked meeting to pipeline.
- Continuously refine sequences based on performance data and sales feedback; kill underperforming campaigns fast.
- Stay current on email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, Australian Spam Act) and apply best practices to all campaigns.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience writing and running cold email sequences specifically (not just newsletters/EDMs).
- Strong grasp of deliverability fundamentals — domain reputation, authentication records, warm-up, list hygiene.
- Sharp, concise copywriting; able to write B2B copy that doesn't read as generic or AI-templated.
- Experience with email outreach/automation platforms (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Outreach, Reply.io).
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) for lead tracking and handoff.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading open/reply/bounce data and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
- Strong written English and attention to detail; tight, error-free copy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B lead generation for IT services, SAP, systems integration, or technology consulting.
- Experience building lead lists using Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar data sources.
- Familiarity with sales engagement workflows and lead scoring/qualification criteria.
- Exposure to ABM (account-based marketing) approaches for enterprise targets.

Success Metrics
- Reply rate and positive-reply rate per sequence.

- Pipeline generated and contribution to closed business.
- Sender reputation health (bounce rate, spam complaints) maintained within safe limits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
