Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
- Experience working with MongoDB and database operations
- Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable frontend components
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and development efficiency
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker and deployment processes
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar coding assistants
