We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Travel & Tourism Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for successful careers in the travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities: Teach Travel & Tourism subjects as per the curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments. Conduct practical and interactive classroom sessions. Mentor and guide students in academic and career development. Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records. Stay updated with current trends and developments in the travel and tourism industry. Support admissions, seminars, workshops, and other institutional activities when required. Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Previous teaching or industry experience is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and student mentoring abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Preferred Skills: Industry exposure in travel agencies, airlines, tour operations, or hospitality. Ability to conduct practical training and career guidance sessions. Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
