Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD with CS Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in order-to-cash processes, service management, warranty management, service contracts, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD and CS implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
- Returns Management
- Intercompany Sales
- Configure and support SAP CS processes:
- Service Notifications
- Service Orders
- Service Contracts
- Warranty Management
- Installed Base Management
- Field Service Processes
- Work on SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.
- Integrate SD and CS with MM, PP, FI/CO, and PM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during enhancements.
- Conduct workshops, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.
- Provide production support and resolve critical business issues.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP CS.
- Experience with at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in Service Management and After-Sales Service processes.
- Knowledge of pricing procedures, billing, output management, and service contracts.
- Experience with integration across MM, FI/CO, PP, and PM.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA SD Certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Exposure to SAP Service Cloud and CRM integrations.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment, or service industries.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
