Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and answer inbound enquiries.
- Explain recruitment and study abroad services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Coordinate with the counselling and recruitment teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (Hindi and English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, and Internet).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PMWeekly Off: SundaySalary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
