Job Overview
We are looking for highly motivated, articulate, and result-oriented Work-from-Home Telecallers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with NEET aspirants and their parents, introduce our premium medical admission guidance packages and products, and generate qualified leads for our senior consulting team.
This role offers a minimal fixed base salary to cover your baseline efforts, paired with an aggressive, uncapped incentive structure where your true earning potential is driven entirely by your performance and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective NEET aspirants and parents to introduce our medical counseling products and overseas MBBS pathways.
- Dual-Source Lead Management:
- Company Provided Data: Routinely call, follow up, and nurture the warm databases provided directly by the company.
- Self-Sourcing: Proactively research and source additional data of medical aspirants through educational forums, social media, and local networks.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain our services, counseling digital products, and institutional benefits to help prospects understand how we add value to their medical journey.
- Lead Generation & Mapping: Qualify the interest levels of students, capture accurate details, and smoothly pass high-intent hot leads to the expert counseling team at our Chandigarh office.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain an organized log of call statuses, remarks, and follow-up dates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, outbound sales, inside sales, or customer support (experience in the EdTech or education consultancy sector is a major plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak convincingly and build quick rapport over the phone. Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Punjabi is a plus.
- Infrastructure: A reliable smartphone, a laptop/computer, and a stable, high-speed internet connection in a quiet home-working environment.
- Traits: Highly resilient, self-motivated (as it is a remote role), and comfortable working toward daily calling targets.
