Job Summary
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support and enhance Salesforce solutions for our customers. This is a hybrid role spanning Salesforce administration, development, application support, troubleshooting, and delivery.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders — understanding business requirements, resolving application issues, and delivering Salesforce solutions end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce application support and troubleshoot customer issues and defects.
- Perform Salesforce administration — users, security, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other custom Salesforce solutions as required.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Own development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
- Partner directly with customer stakeholders to diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Maintain accurate technical and support documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to system functionality and processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience.
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and Salesforce automation.
- Working knowledge of Apex development.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce application issues and identify root causes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment and testing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and directly with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with LWC, integrations, APIs, or Salesforce deployment tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
