Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Implementation / Integration Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing, customizing, optimizing, and integrating HubSpot CRM for sales, marketing, and customer service processes. The candidate must have strong technical and analytical skills to streamline CRM workflows and improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation, setup, customization, and onboarding.
- Configure and manage Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Design and implement workflows, automation, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Integrate HubSpot CRM with third-party platforms, APIs, websites, Salesforce, ERP systems, email marketing tools, and other business applications.
- Handle data migration, CRM optimization, lead lifecycle management, and data hygiene.
- Create and maintain custom properties, forms, sequences, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure seamless system performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements for better productivity and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation and integration.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot automation, workflows, reporting, and CRM customization.
- Experience with API integrations, Zapier, Salesforce, third-party tools, and CRM migration.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, forms, landing pages, and email automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant HubSpot Certifications will be an added advantage.
