Job Description – Sales Team Leader (Level 2 Sales Process)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Level 2 sales calls and connect with prospective customers to convert qualified leads into sales. 80% will be core calling Job.
- Take ownership of lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Guide and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and sales productivity.
- Assist team members in handling objections and closing deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Prepare performance reports and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales process.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in handling escalation and Level 2 conversion calls.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment.
- Graduation preferred.

Role Summary:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team while personally handling Level 2 conversion calls to maximize lead-to-sale conversions and achieve business revenue targets. This is a highly sales-oriented role requiring strong leadership and closing abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
